Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Because we operate as a dropshipping business and ship directly from our suppliers, we handle returns and refunds under the conditions below.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Returns
We accept returns only for items that are:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective or not working properly

  • Incorrect item received (wrong product, size, or color)

Because we do not maintain a physical warehouse, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Minor color/appearance differences due to screen display

  • Orders where tracking shows successful delivery

If your item qualifies for a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos of the item and packaging

  3. A description of the issue

Refunds & Replacements
Once your request is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement sent at no cost, OR

  • Full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping
In most cases, you will not be required to return the item. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions and the correct return address (do not send items back without contacting us first).

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  2. Contact your credit card company/payment provider
